Lexie Schuermann | Watch Me Grow Graduate!

It's hard to believe that we've been photographing our little friend Lexie for a year now. Lexie's first year of life was documented through our Watch Me Grow program. Looking back on her pictures it's amazing to see how she changed from session to session.

Here are some of my favorite shots from her 1-year session and her slideshow.

Jill & Scott Kellum | wedding

We traveled to a suburb of Chicago for Jill and Scott Kellum's wedding. There was a short rain delay, but for the most part the wedding went off without a hitch.

Gayle & Jason Seibert | wedding

Our first wedding of the season got off to a wet start! The rain stayed away for the bridal portrait session, but when it was time for the ceremony to start, the rain decided to start falling too.

After a two hour delay, the rain stopped and the clouds parted to a beautiful blue sky.

Gayle and Jason, thanks for allowing me to be a part of your big day!

Faith Hettinger | Child Model

Nearly eight years ago, precious Faith Hettinger was born with literally half a heart. At the time, doctors told her parents she would never make it outside the womb. But she did. And after several operations, Faith is living up to her name in a BIG way. Ladies and gentlemen, she's a walking, talking miracle from God!!!

Faith's heart condition keeps her from running around on a soccer or softball field, but I think she has found her calling...modeling! She lit up as bright as a Christmas tree when I pulled out the camera. And with every click of the camera, she had a new pose to give me. I loved it! Way to rock it out, Faith! There's no doubt, you're a SUPER STAR!!!!!

Here are some of my favorite shots and the link to her slideshow. (Better have a box of tissues nearby!)

Megan Elyse Kinney | Watch me grow

Our friends Adam and Kristin Kinney welcomed their newest addition to their family, Megan Elyse Kinney. Weighing in at 7lbs 12oz, this little bundle of joy is the first girl in the Kinney family.

We were truly honored when Kristin, just a few days after giving birth stopped by the studio to book a "Watch me Grow" session for Megan.

Braleigh | Session #2

Braleigh is one of our watch-me-grow program clients. It's hard to believe how much she's grown since we first saw her in November.

Aunt Hailey Newman came along to her second session and so did Braleigh's dad Brad. She didn't have any accidents this time! I'm sure Heather really appreciated that! During our first session little Braleigh had a little accident on moms shirt!

Haley T. | KHS Senior

She is fierce, fabulous, and funny! Haley and I met at the Prism Dance earlier this year and I just thought she would make a great model for my high school senior portfolio.

Here are some of my favorite shots and the link to her slideshow.

Steele Family

Debbie Steele and her family were such great sports during their session. As you may have noticed...I mostly shoot outdoors. Well, during winter that can prove to be quite difficult or rather unconfortable for clients. I'm hot natured so I don't get cold that often.

At any rate, the day of their session it was pretty cold and windy. So, Debbie asked if we could use my downtown studio instead. We got some pretty cool shots inside...but I was just not happy. So, we drove to Spur Pond and quickly got a family shot.

Here are some of my favorite and the link to their slideshow.

Wood Girls

I traveled out to La Plata, Mo, to meet up with the Wood girls. They were a little shy at first...but warmed up quickly. Their mother Libby and I watched from afar as they walked, talked, and explored the back yard.

Here are some of my favorite shots and the link to their slideshow.
