Pet Love | Adair Co Humane Society

Thanks to our Pet Love portrait special, we were able to raise $175 for the Adair County Humane Society.

We dropped off the check today to Missy Decker at the Adair County Humane Society. She was so happy! "That will pay for a lot of spaying and neutering," she said.

If you would like to adopt a pet, make a donation or volunteer, call them at 660.665.8038

Pet Love | Portrait Special

Do you treat your pet like a member of the family? We do! But unfortunately, not everyone feels like we do about our pets. So, to help raise money for the Adair County Humane Society, we are offering a special Pet Love session!

On March 27 from 10pm-5pm we are offering a 30-minute studio pet portrait session for $125. (1 pet/human per session. Additonal pet/human $25.)
You get a custom 8x10 portrait, 2-4x6s, & 8-wallets! A portion of the proceeds will help the Humane Society purchase items on its wish list like blankets, rags, detergent, bleach, and other necessities to keep the facility operating.

There are only 15 sessions available. So call 660.665.2363 right away to reserve your time today! We will need a deposit to reserve your session, so have your credit card handy.

Doggone Good Time!

What a splash hit! The 3rd Annual Doggie Luau at the Kirksville Aquatic Center was a great success thanks to 48 perky pooches and their fun-lovin' owners!

There was plenty of fashion and splashin' during the cutest-costume contest where the canines strutted their stuff in front of the judges, our friends Jodie Spry and Brian Entin, along with Dusty Page. Laci Cook from Pawsitive Animalworks put together this super successful charity event.

We raised $240 through the $5 admission fee, and then a generous pet owner matched that amount! That boosted the gift to the Adair County Humane Society to a whopping $490. Amazing! A humongous THANK YOU to all who helped us help the Humane Society!

Here are some of my favorite shots. And I'm still working on the slideshow.
