Kate Vincent

What a doll! I was brought to tears once again when I started downloading these pictures. I realized I had captured such innocence and wonder in Kate's eyes. Then I couldn't get over how adorable she looked in her pink tutu! Everything came together just right, the lighting, her expressions, my shutter speed....everything.

Here are some of my favorite shots and the link to her slideshow.

Thanks Leah for such a wonderful little model!

Bri & Clint | e-session

Sweet, sweet love! Bri and Clint are soooooo in love! It really is such a blessing to be a part of that!

So, I had this vision the night before the shoot of Bri and Clint on a hill with red balloons. The day of the shoot John and I ran to Dollar Tree looking for plain red balloons. Well, all they had were heart shaped. Not exactly what I had envisioned but it worked!

I wasn't sure if Bri was all about it when I pulled the balloons out the back seat...but when she saw the pictures she sent me the most rewarding email. She said after seeing the pictures she had fallen in love all over again! Now that's what I call a complement.

Logan Ford | Schuyler County HS

What an adventure Logan and his parent took me on! There was this pond that Logan wanted to use as a backdrop so we had to cross a small mud bridge. On each side...a 20 foot drop into a creek.

We'll we got across it fine the first time...but coming back...the truck got stuck! As Logan's dad tried to get us unstuck...the truck started sliding sideways! "Oh my this is not good," Logan's mom said frantically from the back seat. As Logan's dad rocked the truck forwards and backwards we some how managed to inch closer to the edge of the creek! In the face of this scary moment I maintained a calm composure on the outside...but on the inside...I thought we were going down!

In the end we made it across and laughed about our near fall and managed to get some really cool shots at the Lancaster County Club!

Our friends Jodie and Lee are officially married! We've been helping Jodie plan this event for months. We'll every little detail she was driving me crazy about was worth it in the end!

Cohen Kelsey | KHS Senior

Okay so if you really know me you know how crazy I am about horses. I don't have one....yet but that's only a matter of time...and a fence.

Cohen was cool, calm, and collected just like a professional model!
Thanks Cohen and Melani for giving me the chance to do what I love.

Elsea Girls

Photographing children can be a delight and a challenge. During this session, Emma, our youngest little model was simply not in the mood to be photographed. But the oldest, Alison was ready at the drop of a hat to take a picture.

So, my goal was to make Emma feel like she was missing out on all the fun. Well, about a half hour into the shoot my plan started working. Get this, at one point Emma left her parents all together to run with me and get her picture taken! Her parents couldn't believe it and neither could I.

Davis Family

Kendra Davis is one of John's former co-workers. She and her sisters (Jaimie and Erin) booked a family session to give as a Christmas present to parents and grandparents. What I didn't know is that Kendra's niece and nephew were sooooooo cute!
